ESL Electromech Ltd was formed by Edwin Santley who has
over thirty years experience in the manufacture and repair of
transformers.
 Transformers and
Coils
Since its incorporation in 2001 the company has
become a major player in the transformer industry and now
provides transformer and coil design, manufacture and repair
services nationwide. Transformers and coils can be
manufactured at very short notice. ESL Electromech specialise
in rewinding and manufacturing unusual or one-off transformers
and coils.
 Solvent Degreasing
Equipment
ESL carry out servicing and repair of
degreasing equipment from open top solvent degreasing plants
to fully enclosed hermetically sealed degreasing systems. We
have
degreaser service contracts with major companies from
aerospace multi-nationals to Formula 1 racing teams. With the
recent restrictions on the use of organic solvents in industry
we have formed a liaison with a world leader in zero emission
solvent degreasing systems to promote safe use by our
customers in the future.
General Engineering
Our extensive machining and
fabrication workshops enable us to provide a comprehensive
maintenance and repair service to industry. We also design and
manufacture electrical and pneumatic control systems and carry
out repairs to electrical and electronic equipment. The
emergency breakdown cover we provide our customers means
repairs are dealt with quickly and efficiently at any time day
or night 365 days a year.
